When contacting us there is no need for copies of your license or insurance. Once you are interviewed and added to the Approved Vendor List we will need current copies of Licence/Certification and Insurance before assigning appraisals to your account. We pay all Appraisers a competitive fee split. We are not the typical PITA management company. Communication between you , us, and the client will create a pleasant working environment that we all can enjoy! Turn times are always a sticking point with lenders, however, we have negotiated a 5 day turn after appointment date with most of our lenders. More time can be requested when following the proper protocal making our assignments an easy fit into your schedule.
